Information handling

We may collect your name, company, contact details, product brief, destination and files you voluntarily send. We use them to respond, prepare proposals, communicate with potential suppliers when authorized, manage projects and meet legal obligations.

Necessary information may be shared with selected suppliers, logistics providers, professional advisers or service providers only for the requested work. Contact sales@onmywhale.com for an access or deletion request where applicable.

Website measurement

Our first-party website measurement module records daily counts by page, source category and action, together with opaque keys to avoid counting repeats. This module does not store IP addresses, user agents, full URLs, campaign text, contact details or enquiry content, and sends no measurement data to external analytics services. Browser sessionStorage holds a random session identifier and source category for repeat-count prevention, with a 30-minute inactivity limit. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Metrics and deduplication keys are scheduled for deletion after 90 calendar days. Other website services are outside this measurement module.
