Scope and responsibility

JINGSHANG provides local research, communication, sourcing coordination and buyer representation under an agreed written scope. A producer profile does not guarantee availability, price, certification, export eligibility or performance.

Factory identity, deliverables, fees, expenses, authority to negotiate, confidentiality and any transaction fee are confirmed before paid work begins. JINGSHANG cannot bind a buyer or supplier without written authority. Product contracts remain subject to the parties’ confirmed terms.
